Minimum purchase of 30 seconds whether or not the material is used in the final edit.

New clients must pay the minimum licence fee by Visa or Mastercard before research can begin.
Clients will receive a copy of our policies as well as a form that must be complete. This form must be signed and returned to SRC by fax before research can begin.
Radio-Canada reserves at all times the right to refuse or restrict the use of its archives.
