Follow the fabulous and tragic life of Quebec Romantic pianist André Mathieu, who lived from 1929 to 1968.

The documentary includes photos, archive interviews and personal accounts of the Quebec prodigy, interspersed with excerpts of his work performed by internationally renowned pianist Alain Lefèvre. Playing solo, in a duo, or accompanied by a symphony orchestra, Lefèvre pays tribute to the extraordinary composer.
