Christmas Symphony

When one of the world's most exquisite opera voices performs delightful Christmas carols in several languages in a spectacular and acoustically exceptional Quebec heritage building, you can feel the holiday magic in the air. And when you've got the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Kent Nagano, and the Choeur des enfants de Montréal accompanying the great Susan Graham, you're in for a truly enchanted evening.

From classics such as "White Christmas," "O Holy Night," "Angels We Have Heard on High" and "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring," to excerpts from Tchaikovsky's timeless Nutcracker and Quebec holiday folklore melodies specially composed for the occasion, viewers are treated to a performance infused with the joy of the season.
