You will find attached a copy of Radio-Canada's policies as well as the procedures you must follow to make a research request to Radio-Canada Stock Shot Sales. Please note that a $500 minimum advance is applicable to your first invoice and is not negotiable. The client must pay shipping charges. Once a master copy has been shipped, the client is required to pay the minimum purchase according to the rate card, whether or not the material is included in your final editing.

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to pay all research and dubbing charges related to the material ordered, upon receipt of an invoice issued by Radio Canada Stock Shot Sales. I have read and agree to the policies of the department. I declare and guarantee that I will obtain all necessary authorizations and clear all third party rights to include the material obtained in my production with the associations listed below.

The assignee must clear all rights related to the use of Radio Canada stock shots and will obtain the release of mechanical rights UDA, SARTEC, AFM, ACTRA, or any other rights relating to the footage used. The assignee agrees to provide Radio Canada written proof of such release before final editing.
