Section 1

General 90-minute tour, no workshop

Number of participants, excluding teachers/chaperones:

TV workshop and tour
(two groups maximum, four-hour activity)

Participants must be in sixth grade or higher to participate in our TV workshop. Fifth-grade or split fifth-/sixth-grade classes will not be accepted. For participants with learning difficulties or learning a second language, the comprehension level must be equivalent to sixth grade or higher to participate. No exceptions are allowed.

2 Sixth grade : In exceptional cases, we will accept up to 34 participants per group at the same rate. However, there are 30 roles to assign and participants in excess of 30 will be observers in the workshop. If you want everyone to have a predefined role or for groups of 35 or more, you must select the two-group rate below.
High school and up : In exceptional cases, we will accept up to 34 participants per group at the same rate (there are 34 roles to assign). For groups of 35 or more, however, you must select the two-group rate below.

3 Sixth grade : In exceptional cases, we will accept up to 34 participants per group at the same rate. However, there are 30 roles to assign and participants in excess of 30 will be observers in the workshop. Therefore, the maximum number for two groups is therefore 68.
High school and up :In exceptional cases, we will accept up to 34 participants per group at the same rate (there are 34 roles to assign). Therefore, the maximum number for two groups is 68.


Radio workshop and tour
(two groups maximum, four-hour activity)

Participants must be in fourth grade or higher to participate in our radio workshop. Third-grade or split third-/fourth-grade classes will not be accepted. For participants with learning difficulties or learning a second language, the comprehension level must be equivalent to fourth grade or higher to participate. No exceptions are allowed.

Number of teachers/chaperones (minimum 2) :

4 Fourth to sixth grade / high school and up: In exceptional cases, we will accept up to 34 participants per group at the same rate. However, there are 30 roles to assign and participants in excess of 30 will be observers in the workshop. If you want everyone to have a predefined role or for groups of 35 or more, you must select the two-group rate below.

5 Fourth to sixth grade / high school and up: In exceptional cases, we will accept up to 34 participants per group at the same rate. However, there are 30 roles to assign and participants in excess of 30 will be observers in the workshop. Therefore, the maximum number for two groups is 68.  


Precision : We can accommodate no more than two groups for the TV workshop/tour and two groups for the radio workshop/tour at the same time. As a result, you may not register three groups for the TV (or radio) workshop/tour on the same day. If you have three groups, you will have to register two groups for TV and one group for radio or vice versa. If you want all three groups to do the TV (or radio) workshop, you will have to book the third group on a separate date. If so, please fill out a separate e-form.

Please note that groups are not allowed in the cafeteria or on the terrace between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. A lunch break is scheduled around 11 a.m. for morning groups and around 3 p.m. for afternoon groups in a designated area. Participants must bring a cold lunch or snack.

For afternoon groups only (1–5 p.m.): Would you like to schedule a lunch hour between noon and 1 p.m.?

For afternoon groups (1–5 p.m.), we can host you for lunch at noon in an area supervised by our guides, since the cafeteria is not available. Participants must bring a cold lunch or snack. There is a fee of $35 for one/two groups or $70 for three/four groups.

Alternate dates :

To help us fulfill your request, we ask that you please provide other possible dates, in order of preference. Please follow the dd/mm/yyyy format. If your first choice above is not available, we will take the first alternate date on your list. If you would like to book multiple tours, please fill out a separate form for each day.




Please note that you are not guaranteed a booking on one of your chosen dates. Upon receiving your request, Host Services will contact you to confirm your booking on one of the above dates or to make another booking if these dates are taken.
